Ⅰ、Product Introduction
The crude oil pour point depressant developed by Jiangyin Huaheng Auxiliaries Co., Ltd. is an oil-soluble product containing polyester polymer. The polymer in the product can act as wax in crude oil, acting as nucleation, adsorption and eutectic. When the heating temperature of crude oil is higher than the wax precipitation point of crude oil, when the crude oil is cooled down again, the polymer in the product becomes the nucleus of wax crystallization in crude oil, which increases the wax crystals of crude oil and makes it difficult to form large wax crystals. At the same time, the polymer adsorbed in the active center of the precipitated wax crystal nucleus, changing the orientation of wax crystal, making it difficult to form a three-dimensional network structure, thus reducing the condensation point of crude oil. The product can reduce the condensation point of pipelined high pour point crude oil and the crude oil viscosity at low temperature, realize the normal temperature transportation of high pour point crude oil, reduce the number of heating stations, and reduce the energy consumption of crude oil transportation.

Ⅲ、Matters needing attention in the use and storage of products
The product is mainly injected by metering pump before the heating equipment of FPF and CPF crude oil. According to actual needs, it can also be injected into wellhead and OGM manifold. The dosage is usually 200-1000ppm. The main components of this product are polyester, heavy aromatics, alkanes and other organic solvents, which should be kept away from fire sources.
