Ⅰ、Preface
With the great increase of sulfur content in crude oil of refinery, the content of H2S and organic sulfur in the processed gas increases obviously. In order to improve the qualified rate of gas purification, the desulfurization system should also put forward higher requirements for the quality and performance of desulfurizer. At present, most LPG and dry gas desulfurization systems in refineries choose N-methyl diethanolamine as the main desulfurizer. Compared with traditional primary amines, monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and diisopropanolamine, it has high selectivity and good stability. However, domestic similar products have some shortcomings, such as low content of effective substances, short duration of effective substance concentration and large consumption, which can not meet the requirements of gas desulfurization gradually.
In view of the above situation, our company has developed HH-36 high-efficiency desulfurizer, which is composed of high-purity N-methyl diethanolamine (content > 99.8%) produced by Japanese emulsifier company as the main body, adding appropriate activator, antioxidant, defoamer, corrosion inhibitor and so on. It has good desulfurization effect, large sulfur capacity, strong desorption capacity, strong desulfurization capacity and good selection. Low energy consumption and amine consumption. This product is widely used in refinery FCC dry gas, liquefied gas, refinery waste gas, Claus plant tail gas, city gas and other acid gases. The removal of H2S, SO2, COS, CO2 and other effective, comprehensive performance has reached the advanced level in China.

4. Low corrosivity:
The ammonia solution of HH-36 desulfurizer is weak, it does not produce carbamate ester with CO2, there is no deterioration chemical reaction caused by the ester, and the regeneration temperature is low, so the corrosion of the equipment is very small. (For example, the corrosion of 25% H-36 desulfurizer solution to heat exchangers, reboilers and other equipment is only 0.04mm/a; 15-30% HH-36 desulfurizer solution can use carbon steel equipment under high load pressure.
5. Non-degradable deterioration:
During the use of HH-36 high-efficiency desulfurizer, oxazolidinone is not generated by cyclization, which does not cause degradation and deterioration of solvents. The annual displacement rate of HH-36 is about 30% of the total solvents.
