1. Product introduction

Due to the restriction of diesel specifications in refineries, the yield of diesel has been greatly affected, which is not conducive to improving the overall economic benefits of the enterprise. HH-5500 pour point depressant is an amidated copolymer obtained by radical polymerization of three monomers. It has certain effects on the cloud point, cold filter point and freezing point of diesel fuel. This technology has obtained national patent.

Second, product use

Used as a flow improver for diesel oil, reducing the cold filter point and freezing point of diesel oil, and improving the low temperature flow performance of diesel oil. It can also increase the yield of light diesel oil for refineries and improve economic benefits. The use effect is comparable to that of similar foreign products. It can reduce the cold filter point by about 3-10°C and the freezing point by about 10-30°C. It has different effects according to different crude oil and diesel processing technology. In practical application, the amount of additives added is determined according to the evaluation results.

Third, how to use

The dosage is generally 100-200ppm.

The use effect of HH-5500 pour point depressant not only depends on the performance of the product itself, but also has a close relationship with the composition of diesel oil. This product has strong sensitivity and selectivity to oil products, so it is necessary to test before use to determine the formulation plan, and then use it formally. It is best not to add HH-5500 pour point depressant directly into diesel oil, which will affect the effect of reducing the cold filter point or freezing point. The mother liquor should be prepared with diesel fuel and additives first. Be sure to ensure that the additive is mixed with diesel evenly to achieve the desired effect.

V. Precautions for storage and transportation

1. This product will solidify in winter due to low temperature; however, the effect will remain unchanged after solidification. When using, the product needs to be melted in a conservatory to facilitate reconciliation.
