Ⅱ、Purpose:
As a flow improver of diesel oil, the cold filter point and solidification point of diesel oil are reduced to improve the low temperature flow performance of diesel oil. It can also increase the yield of light diesel oil for refineries and improve economic benefits. The effect of application is similar to that of similar products abroad. It can reduce the cold filter point by about 3-10℃ and the solidification point by about 10-30℃. According to the different processing technology of crude oil and diesel oil, there are different effects. In practical application, the dosage of additives is determined according to the evaluation results.
The addition amount is generally 200-1000 ppm.
The effect of diesel flow improver depends not only on the performance of the product itself, but also on the composition of diesel oil. This product has strong sensitivity and selectivity to oil products, so it needs to be tested before use to determine the formulation scheme, and then be used formally. It is better not to add HH-3300 diesel pour point depressant directly into diesel oil, which will affect the effect of reducing cold filter point or freezing point. The mother liquor should be prepared with diesel oil and additives. In order to achieve the desired results, it is necessary to ensure the uniform mixing of additives and diesel oil.
This product has obvious effects on catalytic diesel, thermal cracking diesel, straight-run diesel, wide-fraction diesel and narrow-fraction diesel.
